BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUPS [schedule]
To assist and accompany adults and children mourning the death of their loved one(s). Facilitated by professionals, with peer encouragement.
Adult Support Group
Held once/week for 8 weeks/ 2 hr. duration/ Beaconsfield United Church/ Free/ Fall-Winter-Spring/ English/French
Pals Through Grief Support Group
For 5-17 year old youth/ age appropriate group divisions. Held once/week for 7 weeks/2 hr. duration/Beaconsfield United Church/Free/ Fall-Winter-Spring/English/French
Bereavement at the Bar (Men’s Support Group)
Held once/week (Wednesday evenings 7:30-9:00) /Kelly’s Pub Pte. Claire/Free – non-alcoholic/English/French
Coffee Mourning
Held once/week ongoing/ (Wednesday 9:30-11:00) /Java U Fairview Pte. Claire/Free/English/French
BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP “GRADUATE” REUNIONS
During the holiday season, “graduates” of support groups reunite for further sharing and healing. Dates/times/location to be announced.
